Marinated smoked salmon with red onion and green pepper
Ingredients for 4 people
- 250 g smoked salmon
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 lemon
- green pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation
- Finely slice the red onion.
- Arrange the slices of salmon on a serving dish.
- Sprinkle the onion and the green pepper evenly over the slices and dress with a vinaigrette made with salt, the juice of ½ lemon and extra virgin olive oil.
- Cover with food-quality cling film/plastic wrap and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
