Roasted onions with balsamic vinegar
Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 medium white onions
- extra virgin olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Peel the onions and cut them in half.
- Brush the onions with extra virgin olive oil, arrange them on a baking sheet or dish and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Put the pan in a preheated oven at 220°C and cook for 20-30 minutes until they are tender and golden.
- Before serving and while they are still hot, splash with a generous amount of balsamic vinegar.
